The Going Green Program is a pest control system which uses natural botanicals and all in a program to combat termites and pests for our customer's homes. The Green Program uses low impact, low toxicity chemicals as part of it. A major part of this includes the use of Pyrethrins, and other plant essential oils.
Pyrethrins are natural insecticides produced by certain species of the chrysanthemum plant. The flowers of the plant are harvested shortly after blooming and are either dried and powdered or the oils within the flowers are extracted with solvents. Pyrethrins have been in use for over 100 years.
In our experience with our Green Program, there is no loss of effectiveness by using the organic products.

Junior is great, comes on Saturday to accommodate our schedules and always checks everything and keeps our house bug free.- Daniel . 3/20/2019- We've had a contract with Colony Pest Control for a number of years and have appreciated the service very much. Today I called to ask about having Colony Pest Control come out and treat the very aggressive yellow jackets and their nests we discovered in our yard. I explained that our son had recently had a very severe allergic reaction to some yellow jacket stings (911, ambulance, ER, etc!) and we were very interested in quick treatment of the nests. After a few moments I received a call back from our regular treatment professional and he indicated he was on his way to my house. It was late Friday afternoon! I was so grateful. He arrived and very patiently and professionally handled the nests. He explained the treatment, the followup and more. He was also stung by one of the very aggressive wasps while working. In spite of the sting, he was able to continue to treat and manage our issues. I'm so grateful to Junior for coming out, staying with the treatment plan and reassuring us that we will get control of these wasps.
